Screen Share
Easily share your screen with multiple options
To share your screen, do one of the following:
Wireless sharing, without a cable:
To share a screen from your computer or phone - using the ZOOM app
Open the ZOOM app, select the share button,
write down the share code that the ZOOM software displays on the TV screen in the upper left corner, and click OK.
If you don't see the sharing code on the screen, press the sharing button on the control screen in the room.

The code contains six capital English letters
The sharing code will appear on the control screen and on the TV.
Please note!, the sharing code changes every few minutes.
Sharing via HDMI cable
Open the connection box on the table.
Pull out the HDMI cable and connect it to the HDMI port on the computer.
Sharing should start automatically.
In the information and sharing did not start automatically. Click the share button on the control screen.
Please note, if after the physical connection, and clicking the share button, you still do not see the computer screen.
If there is a technical problem with the computer. Please try again and share without a cable.




Screen sharing during a video call:
The sequence of actions is the same as sharing outside of an active call, however, for security reasons, you will also be asked to enter the call password found in the call invitation, or on the screen when you press the share button on the control screen.
Joining a Video Call

To easily join a video call, follow these instructions:
Scheduled Meeting:
If you have booked the conference room in advance, using Google Meet, ZOOM, Webex or Teams, there will be a button with the word JOIN on the control screen, click JOIN and join the call.
Unscheduled meeting:
ZOOM meeting: Click the JOIN button on the request screen, enter the meeting number, click JOIN, then type the password and confirm.
Webex, Google or Teams:
Click the relevant button and enter the meeting number, then confirm.



Starting a New Video Call
Start a call easily using the admin screen
To start a new conference call on Zoom, do one of the following:

Press the organge button New Meeting

If you want to use your laptop as BYOD, please click the Switch to BYOD button located at the bottom of the control screen. Then, connect the following cables to your computer: HDMI cable and USB A cable.

Once you have connected the two cables, you can see your computer screen on the TV. Open the ZOOM software on your computer, and call using it. Usually, the camera, microphone, and speakers will change automatically on your computer. If it did not change automatically, do it manually.

If you have reserved the conference room in advance, using a call invitation from the ZOOM, Google, Webex, Teams plugin, on the control screen, a JOIN button will be displayed, click the button and start the call.

To open the light, do one of the following:
In the room there are two places where you can turn the light on or off, the switch is next to each of the entrance doors.
Please, at the end of the session, turn off the light.

Air-Conditioner
Easy Air-Conditioner
To use the Air-Conditioner, do one of the following:
The air conditioner switch is on the right side of the TV.
Please, at the end of using the conference room, turn off the air conditioner

Electrical Curtain
Easy electrical curtain
To use the electric curtain, do one of the following:
The remote for the electric curtain is to the right of the TV.
A single click on the top button will open the curtain, a single click on the bottom button will close the curtain.
Pressing one of the buttons while the curtain is going up or down will stop the curtain's movement.
The curtain knows how to stop by itself when it reaches the top or bottom, there is no need to stop it manually.
